Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Make one (9-inch) pie shell.
    Put it in the refrigerator while you make the pie filling.
    Start heating the oven to 425\u00b0.
    Beat the egg slightly with a fork to mix the white and yolk.
    Stir in the pumpkin and add sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Stir in milk.
    Pour the filling into the pie shell.
