Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can)
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
-
Sift together
flour, soda, cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg and salt. Mix well,
eggs, water, oil, pumpkin, nuts and raisins. Stir well. Pour into 4 greased and floured pound coffee cans. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven
about 45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Invert and remove from cans.
