Anchovy Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. anchovy paste
1/2 c. minced parsley
3 Tbsp. chives
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Blend well mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Add other ingredients and blend well.
Serve with crisp vegetables (radishes, carrots, cucumber slices, celery, cauliflower, broccoli).
