Mary'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nuts
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. oleo, cut into pieces
    1 can Carnation evaporated milk (large)
    2 pkg. chocolate chips
    1 jar marshmallow
Preparation
    Butter dish and line with nuts.
    Mix all except chocolate chips and marshmallow together, bring to a boil and stir constantly. When mixture starts on high boil for exactly 10 minutes, remove from heat and add chocolate chips.
    Beat well until chips are dissolved.
    Then add marshmallow.
    Stir and beat until marshmallow disappears and thickens a little.
    Pour into buttered dish with nuts.
    Makes 5 pounds of candy.
