Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell (or see Plain Pastry on page 47)
Preparation
    Have butter soft; add sugar and cream together.
    Add flour and eggs and beat well.
    Stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
