Mayumi'S Chicken Yakitori - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. chicken thighs, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
3 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Mirin (sweet sake) or white wine
onions
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

For marinade, combine soy sauce, Mirin, sugar and cornstarch and boil.
When it cools, marinate the meat for 20 minutes. Thread meat and onions alternately on bamboo skewers.
Broil 15 minutes at 375\u00b0, turning once and brushing with marinade 2 or 3 times.
Serve hot.
