Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 c. flour
1 egg
3 super ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine all ingredients well in a mixer.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Pour batter into a well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5-inch).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 80 minutes.
Test with toothpick in center of loaf. When no dough sticks to toothpick, it is done.
