Seafood Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. green onion and tops
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    4 c. milk
    3/4 c. crab meat
    3/4 c. chopped shrimp
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Saute chopped onions in margarine; add flour, stirring until smooth and lightly browned.
    Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in hot sauce, seasonings and seafood.
    Cook over low heat until shrimp turn pink.
    Stir in parsley.
