Honey Raisin Bran Muffins(Reduced-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. 100% bran cereal
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1/3 c. honey
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar baby food prunes
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together the cereal, flour, sugar and baking soda.
    Make a well in the center of mixture.
    Beat egg whites, honey, prunes, molasses and buttermilk.
    Add egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until moistened.
    Add raisins.
    Put in airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
