Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices white buttered bread, cubed
1 lb. sharp grated cheese
6 beaten eggs
3 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. sweet sausages
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Brown cut up sausages (about 1-inch pieces).
Place 1/2 bread cubes on bottom of dish.
Cover with sausage.
Top with remaining bread.
Sprinkle on top with grated cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper together.
Pour over bread and sausage mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
