Flaky Sausage Snacks - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury all-ready pie crust
48 cocktail size Smokies link sausage
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Unfold pie crusts according to package directions.
Remove both sheets.
Place flattened pie crusts on cutting board.
Cut each pie crust circle into 24 triangles. Place sausage at wide end of triangle; roll up.
Place, point side down, on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
If desired, serve with cocktail sauce.
Makes 48 snacks.
