Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes or 1 (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. milk
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Mix together milk, eggs and butter.
    Add this mixture to potato mixture.
    Pour into 8-inch unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge of filling comes out clean.
