Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
handful raisins (optional)
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine and add blended sugar and meal.
Add eggs, vinegar and vanilla.
Add nuts and raisins (if used) and mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
The top will be a golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
