Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. self-rising corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
8 oz. carton sour cream (1 c.)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Combine corn, sour cream, eggs and oil in a bowl.
Beat well. Stir in corn meal with baking powder.
Pour in a buttered (greased) 10-inch skillet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
