Italian Rice Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie crusts
1/2 c. parboiled rice
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange rind
1 tsp. lemon rind
2 large eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

In a large bowl, pour all ingredients, but rice and raisins. Beat well.
Add cooled rice.
Pour in pie dish and sprinkle raisins on top.
