John'S Dill Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, sliced
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. water and 1 chicken bouillon
1/2 bunch green onions
2 tsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dry dill
shallots, chopped
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
Preparation

Put potatoes in a buttered baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Cover.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes, then add remaining.
Beat 2 eggs and 1 cup whipping cream; pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
