Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, sliced thin
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. milk
    4 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and onion in casserole.
    Mix soup with enough milk to make it suitable for blending.
    Pour over the potatoes and onion.
    Cover top of mixture completely with thin slices of American cheese.
    Sprinkle liberally with grated Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Use salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4 to 5.
