Sweet 'N Sour Ham And Pineapple Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup, drained, reserving juice
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 c. cocktail-sized cooked sausage links
1 small green or red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation

Measure pineapple syrup.
Add water, if necessary, to equal 2/3 cup.
In small saucepan, combine pineapple liquid, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and orange juice.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
Add pineapple chunks, ham and sausage.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
Stir in green pepper.
Immediately place in chafing dish or fondue pot. Garnish with fruit.
Serve with decorative toothpicks.
Yields 5 cups.
