Angel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Cream butter.
Add powdered sugar and continue to beat until fluffy.
Combine cornstarch and flour.
Add to butter, along with extract.
Beat well.
Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
These are light and delicious.
