Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick cure
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion juice
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and shape into 4 rolls.
    Place on cookie sheet and cover.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
