Hearty Potato Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 medium potato, peel and cut in cubes
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. smoked Polish sausage, cubed
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    May add 1 teaspoon Wyler's low-sodium chicken granules, dissolved in 1 cup hot water per cup of chicken broth.
