California Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. finely diced apples
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. mayonnaise, thinned with 2 Tbsp. cream (sweet or sour)
Preparation

Sprinkle lemon juice over chicken and apples, mixing lightly. Combine remaining ingredients, using only enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Add chicken and apples and toss together lightly.
Serve cold.
