Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 can chopped green chilies
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix together soup and sour cream.
    Reserve 1 cup.
    Add chicken to soup/sour cream mixture.
    Mix together in medium bowl chilies and cheese.
    Place chicken mixture in center of each tortilla. Top with cheese/chili mixture, then fold.
    Place tortillas in baking dish, fold side down. Pour remaining soup mixture over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Garnish with black olives and more cheese if desired.
