Bacon Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, washed
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
5 slices bacon, cooked
sour cream
Preparation

Slice potatoes 1/2-inch thick and layer in glass dish.
Mix cooking oil, seasoned salt, pepper and salt together.
Pour mixture over potatoes and bake at 375\u00b0 until tender.
When done, crumble bacon and cheese over top of potatoes.
Top with sour cream.
