Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 9 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut in cubes
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Preparation
-
In microwave or on stove top, melt margarine and add flour, stirring until smooth.
Add milk and boil.
Stir until thick.
Add the grated cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add salt, pepper and mustard.
