Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 1/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
add ins (flavored extracts, such as vanilla, peppermint, etc., food coloring, any color, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, etc.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until fairly stiff, then add salt; continue beating, adding sugar slowly, beating until stiff and glossy.
Liquid add ins can be added while beating; others you may fold in after beating.
Spoon tablespoons onto cookie sheets, peaking at top of each spoonful.
Put into oven and turn off!!
Do not open oven until it is cold to the touch on oven door!
