Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. light raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, oil, raisins, nuts and pineapple. Mix. Combine dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Stir until just moistened. Bake in 2 greased bread tins for about an hour at 350\u00b0.
