No-Fuss Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    6 butterfly pork chops
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides over medium-high heat.
    Place in shallow baking pan (not glass), side by side.
    Combine remaining ingredients; spoon evenly over chops.
    Cover pan well with foil.
    Place in oven; turn heat control to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 45 minutes; remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer or until chops are tender.
