Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 Tbsp. hot water
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat whites of eggs until stiff and fold into mixture of remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a tube pan.
    Do not grease pan. Cover bottom with wax paper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour and 20 minutes.
