Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Mix again and let stand in refrigerator for another 24 hours.
    Form into logs. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 to 7 hours.
