Summer Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bunch broccoli
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    3 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar stuffed olives
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    lettuce
Preparation
    Parboil broccoli in salted water.
    Cool and drain.
    Chop into 1/2-inch lengths.
    Mix and chill.
    Serve on lettuce.
