Swiss Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. canned whole kernel corn
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
dash of pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Drain corn. (Boil for 20 minutes if using home canned corn.) Combine corn, milk, eggs, onion, pepper and 3/4 cup cheese.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
Toss bread crumbs with melted butter and remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
Sprinkle over corn mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
