Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (more if you like)
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1 c. Cool Whip

Preparation

Beat strawberries, lemon juice and egg whites.
Mix at high speed for 10 to 12 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
Fold in Cool Whip.
