Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, washed
Preparation
    Sift 2 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Add next 3 ingredients and mix until dry ingredients are dampened. Mix berries with 2 tablespoons flour; fold in berries.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake in a preheated hot oven (400\u00b0) for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve hot with lots of butter.
