Marinated Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together and bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard, celery seed and salt.
    Pour over cabbage and onion while hot.
    Wait 24 hours before serving.
