Red Velvet Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 oz. or 1/4 c. red food coloring
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put all dry ingredients in small bowl.
Blend egg in mixing bowl with fork; add oil and blend again.
Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth at medium speed.
Add buttermilk, food coloring, vinegar and vanilla.
Pour into greased, floured pans or loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Use desired frosting.
