Meatball Macaroni Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. soft bread crumbs (about 1 1/2 slices)
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Combine beef with next 7 ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Brown in oil.
    Drain fat.
    Combine paste, water, sugar and salt.
    Add to meatballs in skillet.
    Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir in macaroni.
    Heat 5 minutes more.
    Serves 4 to 5.
