Almond Black-Out Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 prepared chocolate cookie pie crust (6 oz.)
    1 c. chocolate flavored nondairy whipped topping
    1/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
    mint sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Prepare instant pudding according to package directions, reducing milk by 1/2 cup.
    Stir in almond extract.
    Pour filling into prepared crust and chill 5 minutes.
    Spread top with whipped topping; sprinkle with miniature chocolate chips.
    Garnish.
    Makes 6 servings.
