Csirke Paprikash(Chicken Paprika) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 chicken breast halves, skinned and baked (may substitute turkey cutlets)
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter or margarine in a large skillet until tender.
    Stir in paprika and vinegar. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
    Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
    Add chicken to vegetable mixtere in skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
    Add water and bouillon granules.
    Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
    Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
    Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain well.
    Toss noodles with 1 tablespoon melted butter and parsley.
    To serve, arrange chicken over noodles, top with sauce.
    Yields 6 servings.
