Christmas Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. dill pickle spears
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 button garlic
Preparation
    Cut dill pickles into spears.
    Mix with sugar, onion, celery seed, vinegar, horseradish and garlic (chopped fine).
    Put in jar and refrigerate.
