Potato Salad, Sweet And Sour - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 minced green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 lb. red-skinned potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced
    2 ribs celery, diced
Preparation
    Heat vinegar and sugar in small saucepan until sugar dissolves.
    Transfer to large bowl and add green onion, salt, pepper, catsup and mayonnaise.
    Add potatoes, celery and toss to coat.
    Chill before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
