Fage(Irish Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    7 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 to 4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Cut in margarine with pastry blender.
    Stir in caraway seed and raisins.
    Add eggs and milk, stirring until well moistened.
    The mixture will be quite thin.
    Pour into two greased 9 x 5-inch loaf tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Turn out loaves on cooling rack.
    Butter tops and sprinkle with sugar while warm.
    It is best served warm. Freezes well.
