Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (2 lb.) bag Tater Tots
Preparation

Cook meat and onion; drain.
Add salt and pepper.
Put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix 1/2 can water with cream of mushroom soup and spread on top of meat.
Mix 1/2 can of water with Cheddar cheese soup and spread on top.
Layer Tater Tots on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until Tater Tots are brown and mixture is bubbly.
Serves 8 to 10.
