Teri-Bracken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. beef chuck roast
1/2 c. Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown roast on both sides in hot oil. (Use Dutch oven, if possible; otherwise, use a good heavy pot.) Combine teriyaki sauce, vinegar and 1 1/3 cups water. Pour over roast. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Turn roast and repeat for other side, 1 hour longer.
