Ham Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices ham (1-inch thick each)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar and prepared mustard; spread on ham.
    Boil water and vinegar and pour around ham slices.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven 1 hour, uncovered.
