Italian Coating Mix For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. grated Romano cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. each: garlic powder, onion salt and pepper
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. Makes 1 cup, enough to coat 3 pounds of chicken parts.
