I Can'T Believe It'S Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. peeled and sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 tube round butter-flavored crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Spread zucchini in a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish. Sprinkle garlic salt over zucchini.
    Microwave margarine and onion for 2 minutes at full power.
    Mix cream cheese with margarine-onion mixture until smooth.
    Spread over zucchini. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
