Caribbean Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
pineapple juice and water to make 1 c.
2/3 c. (8 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. sliced bananas
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add pineapple juice and water to Jell-O.
Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple, bananas, walnuts and coconut. Chill until firm.
