Barb'S Chopped Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
??? milk
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; add beaten eggs and mix.
Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together.
Stir apples into flour mixture.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake about 35 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until it passes the toothpick test.
Times vary due to amount of juice in apples. Serve with ice cream and sauce.
