Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. wild rice
3 c. diced chicken, parboiled (save broth)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 oz. can mushrooms (save liquid)
1 1/2 c. cream (or half and half)
1/2 c. diced pimentos
Preparation

Add enough broth to mushroom liquid to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Cook rice by package directions.
Melt butter and saute onion until tender.
Remove onion and stir flour into butter.
Add mushroom liquid and broth.
Stir until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
